In the first sentence, "doctor" should be in specific reference to a licensed physician because the National Health Policy in Uganda recognizes conventional/evidence-based medical practitioners and traditional/cultural care providers.^[1] However, it is only licensed medical doctors are legally mandated to provide post-abortion care services as well as safe abortions only in medically determined maternal risk of mortality. --Ronug (talk) 20:42, 5 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
