Hello Ronak.kotecha, thank you for your contributions to improve this article. When adding such content, please also add information about the source (title, author, link, publisher, date, etc.) directly behind the added statement in a reference. Other editors can then verify the information and possibly access additional details from the source.

The article text during editing would usually look something like: Statement.<ref>reference information</ref>, where the ref and /ref tags enclose all details about the given reference.

The "how to" page at Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners contains more detailed and better-explained information, but you can also always ask at WP:Teahouse if you have any Wikipedia-related questions. Best regards. GermanJoe (talk) 11:45, 4 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Self promotion

[edit]

Please stop trying to promote yourself by adding links to our articles, such as you did to Thugs of Hindostan - Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 10:11, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or self-promoting in violation of the conflict of interest and notability guidelines. Indian entertainment journalism is already a super-sketchy, corrupt, unethical world. The fact that you'd actively promote yourself by driving traffic to your movie reviews just wrings the last drops of integrity out of the industry. It's all the more pathetic, since someone probably would have eventually found those reviews and added them legitimately, minus the glaring conflict of interest.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:35, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Help me!

[edit]

Please help me with... I have been blocked since a long time now but I have never requested to review that block. I feel it was very unfair that I got blocked simply for adding my legit Times of India review excerpts on Bollywood movie pages only in those where Wikipedia had not added it already. Most of them are added automatically since I am a film critic for the Times of India - anyone can check my name in the bylines of the reviews written by me. Yet I am being denied the right to edit anything on Wikipedia. Please help me. Ronak.kotecha (talk) 08:33, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You should use {{unblock}} if you want to get your block removed. Though looking at your post here, it seems you haven't learned anything from your block, so I doubt any admin would unblock you right now. pandakekok9 (talk) 08:49, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
