Mebelkart.com [1] is an online furniture and home decor marketplace head quartered in Bangalore, India. Mebelkart.com sells over 5000 [2] furniture and home decor products. The company was started in Koramangala and specializes in Kids Furniture. [3]

History

Mebelkart was launched in November 2012[4] by Rahul Agrawal[5] (IIT Kanpur), Nikhil Saraf (BITS Pilani) and Ranjeet Vimal (IIT Bombay)[6].

Products and Brands

The website[7] has more than 200 suppliers onboard. [3]. Mebelkart features national brands[8] like like Durian, Zuari, MoBEL, Rhome and Wood Dekor.

In October, 2014 the company launched Funterior app. [9].The app provides buyers an option to choose a home decor product of their choice from the Funterior catalogue, adjust it in their rooms through their mobile devices, get a look and feel of how it’s going to look in their living rooms and make an informed choice.
