Not all troops are gone
[edit]If you would have taken the time to see the Marine Security Guard article you would see that Embassy marines are in every country with an American diplomatic post INCLUDING Iraq. So technically not all forces have withdrawn. The marines are still in country albeit in very small numbers.
Also I've noticed you've reverted a number of other people's edits. Please give a description for every edit.
