COI
[edit]COI is not always a warning for an infringement - in your case it is informative, that's why there is not a formal warning here. You should however not be using a user name that could infer or imply that you are connected with the subject (user name policy). Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 05:03, 14 January 2013 (UTC)
DYK for Rodrigo (musician)
[edit]On 2 February 2013, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Rodrigo (musician), which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that, in 2000, Argentinian singer Rodrigo sold out 13 consecutive shows at the Luna Park arena to promote his quadruple-platinum album A 2000? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page. |

Thanks for the comments on my talk page. I finished my copyedits on the Rodrigo Bueno article. Truthanado (talk) 10:22, 9 February 2013 (UTC)
- Hi, I copy edited Rodrigo Bueno and have listed it as done on the Guild of Copy Editors page. I have one question which you may be able to help me with if you speak Spanish. In the Career section there is a reference to the "Argentinian Association of Spectacle Journalists". Spectacle is an odd word to use in this case. Are these journalists who cover all sorts of popular culture, including music, tv, films, etc.? If so, this would probably be best translated as "Entertainment Journalists". Alternately, if they write specifically about music, then "Music Journalists", or if they specifically review concert performances, then "Concert Journalists". Cheers, Tdslk (talk) 06:52, 27 February 2013 (UTC)

Re:Do you have time for a GA review?
[edit]You have done an excellent job on the article. Thank you for considering me for the GA review, however I am sorry to decline the offer since I'm not good at those things. As a matter of fact the standards which are now set for these articles have gotten so out of hand that I myself have requested that none of the articles which I have authored be nominatated for "FA", "GA" and so on. I wish you luck in your quest. Tony the Marine (talk) 00:37, 19 March 2013 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
