I am wondering if it might be possible to create a greater contrast between the top of this car and the bottom of the sky. Till now they appear to merge seamlessly into one another which slightly misses the point ... of something. I would guess the best way would be to darken the sky a little. (Or, though maybe not so easy to make it look natural, darken the roof of the car.) My top goal, as ever, is to tamper with the picture and at the same time avoid the picture looking as though it has been tampered with. If you know the answer, then I suspect it is doable for you in a couple of minutes. By my request is the more ticklish one of whether you would be able to explain to me how to do it. I've finally had a go at this (mainly to try out the new version of GIMP I've downloaded) and I think I've very slightly improved it, but you might not agree - it's hard to balance getting the optimum contrast with keeping it looking realistic (since in real life, something that is naturally lit is unlikely to be brighter than the sky above it - unless it's yellow..). I am not experienced with the uploader so I can't tell if it's just taking a while to update the image or if I've uploaded the original file instead of the edit, but I'll probably find out.
