The article Walter Chappell has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. [edit]

One or more portions of this article duplicated other source(s). Some material was copied from: http://www.walterchappell.com/biography.htm. Other material too closeoly followed on The New York Times obituary. Infringing material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (Given your username, I suspect that it is very likely that you may be in position to release the copyright of the content at the official site. For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text.

Also, given your username, I would suggest that you read over our conflict of interest guideline. The Wikipedia community advises that you avoid or exercise great caution when editing articles on subjects closely related to you.
