Yes, you may create a userpage about yourself, but you have to do it on your userpage. If you look at the top of the page, you'll see a bar that has your username in red letters; if you click on it, it will take you to a blank page where you can put whatever you want about yourself. That only applies to that page however; putting information about yourself in articles is not allowed. -- Essjay · Talk 03:51, 6 October 2005 (UTC)
- You did it the right way; the only problem is, you also created Robert Ashkenes which is in the article space. Your userpage is located at User:Robert Ashkenes. When you leave comments on talk pages (only talk pages) you should sign with ~~~~, which will be translated by the software into your username and the date/time (like mine, above.)
