I saw your note on the talk page when I was deleting Central Board of Education,Ajmer, New Delhi. It looks as if you have misunderstood what Wikipedia is. Wikipedia isn't a networking site or a directory of organizations, but an encyclopedia. We don't need articles on every subject, but only on subjects that are of significant notability.
