Accessdate= question
Hello! A question about RjwilmsiBot. I was wondering what is your rationale for using current date's accessdate= when filling in missing information for the references. I assume you do not individually check the actual urls/webpages to see if they have changed since the original editor added them. Although it is unlikely that they have, it is may still be incorrect to tag them with the current date. Cheers! — Hellknowz ▎talk 19:34, 25 May 2010 (UTC)
- Yes. It's to reflect the date at which the bot has accessed the page and found it live, when no
|accessdate=
is already given. Rjwilmsi 22:06, 25 May 2010 (UTC)- Hey again! For your information: Wikipedia:Village_pump_(miscellaneous)#Access_dates_for_bot_filled_references. I still believe the date should reflect original author's addition and not subsequent accesses. Cheers! — Hellknowz ▎talk 21:36, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
- I've pulled the

setting logic pending further discussion. Rjwilmsi 22:34, 27 May 2010 (UTC)- For you information, I put a proposal up at VP to liven this up but I think community may be too weary of this. — Hellknowz ▎talk 13:25, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Enigmatic edit
Hi. Please take a look at this edit (which should have been to the mainspace page, not the talk page) with an eye toward correcting what went wrong. Thanks! — Jeff G. ツ 01:15, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
- There was an AWB problem which was resolved a couple of months ago. Rjwilmsi 07:15, 7 June 2010 (UTC)

Portal image question
I noticed that you didn't add logic to AWB to remove images from the portals. I assume that was on purpose but I was wondering, was that a matter of needing to get consensus first? The reason I ask is because since most portals have an image, by leaving the images in place, would that cause AWB to not process the portal cleanup logic and move on to the next article or would it go ahead and process the portal logic (like combining multiple portals into a portal box) anyway? Also, since most portals use the image that is already preset in the portal/portalbox template logic, the manually defined image on the article page is redundent and uneeded. One example is 1847 in Scotland. AWB moved the portal but left the image in place. I also noticed that somem additional logic might be needed for portalpar. In the case of articles using portalpar such as 1859 in paleontology it would be beneficial if AWB replaced portalpar with Portal. --Kumioko (talk) 18:10, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
- I've made it so that AWB will not merge portals with images, nor remove the reference to the images. That's a bot task which Rich seems to be doing fine with. Rjwilmsi 18:15, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
- Ok thanks for the clarification. --Kumioko (talk) 18:19, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
Revision to Sid Meier's Alien Crossfire and Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri articles
I noticed that you have revised either Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri or Sid Meier's Alien Crossfire.
I intend to revise those articles following the Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Article guidelines. There are more details on the discussion pages of those articles. I'd be interested in any comments you have. It would be best if your comments were on the discussion pages of the two articles.
Thank you.

Another question about moving see also info
Sorry to keep asking about moving see also info after you have told me at least twice that you have done as much as you could do but I have seen a couple cases where I think it might be possible to enhance the logic a little more. In some cases the see also section appears after notes, references or external links and directly precedes categories or defaultsort and I thought I might be possible to add logic to account for this. I don't know how the logic works though I admit I don't know how hard it is to do this and so thats why I decided to add it here to your talk page vice the AWB page. Thanks and sorry to keep hounding you about this stuff. --Kumioko (talk) 22:32, 12 June 2010 (UTC)
Volleyball players
I have seen that you edited some volleyball articles. Some players articles, most of them looks outdated. I would like to improve players by country. Could you please choose a country to contribute with? Please take a look on Yekaterina Gamova, Hélia Souza, Serena Ortolani and Kenia Carcaces for a model to follow. Please can you please improve some volleyball players with infobox and some addons? References are very important. Let me know. Oscar987 22:57, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
Wikiblame listed at Redirects for discussion
An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Wikiblame. Since you had some involvement with the Wikiblame redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). —DuncanWhat I Do / What I Say 05:29, 16 June 2010 (UTC)
