The article Jay Berman has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. — Timneu22 · talk 16:08, 17 August 2010 (UTC)

Jay Berman
[edit]Quick question. I'm curious. Do you have any desire to see the Jay Berman article survive deletion? Cindamuse (talk) 01:47, 18 August 2010 (UTC)
-- Hi yes, what can I do to make it stick? Thanks!
- I really hate to see articles deleted by someone new to the table. I hesitate to overwhelm you, but it would help if you would spend some time reviewing the required policies, guidelines, format, and citation structure for encyclopedic articles. WP:BLP, WP:MOS, WP:RS, WP:ELNO, WP:CITE, WP:BIO, WP:ATHLETE, and WP:ENT. The article currently offers no reliable sources, contains improper embedded links, and is lacking proper format. I just wanted to give you a heads up. You can also participate in the AfD discussion of the article and ask questions there. Honestly, I'm just trying to help. Your presence participating in the AfD discussion would be beneficial to the process. Good luck. Cindamuse (talk) 02:26, 18 August 2010 (UTC)

Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Miniapolis (talk) 23:31, 21 April 2012 (UTC)
