Speedy deletion of I, Robot (band)

[edit]

A tag has been placed on I, Robot (band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for musical topics.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. TNX-Man 16:09, 12 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Here you go.

[edit]

You should read this before you say stuff like "taking credit for my work": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Ownership_of_articles

The changes I made were:

  • Using the correct hyphens
  • Updating the roster count
  • Using the correct date to to indicate when to remove from the Recent Cuts list.

Also "Anon I will not allow you to blank my changes then take credit for my work. sign in and mark your changes or I will continue to revert back to mine", that would be a bad idea because of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Edit_warring And the changes are completely correct now, changing something because you didn't get your way is considered disruptive and nonconstructive editing, I reverted because it was easier to keep track of the things you forgot and fix them.

Anyone can edit wikipedia, it is not about who edits it, it is about keeping the page updated and accurate. I am not required to sign in or have an account to edit that page. 173.171.83.140 (talk) 18:26, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
