[edit]Hello, I'm Binksternet. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Sophie (musician) seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Binksternet (talk) 06:31, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
- Rippenzack, please take a point-of-view which stresses toleration when editing WikiPedia (WP). If material is grossly insulting or offensive, it can be removed and administrators will take action to block editors who add such material. But a person's birth-name or assigned-name is WP:NOTEWORTHY because such info may be helpful to the reader, regardless of their POV. Thanks. – S. Rich (talk) 04:47, 6 April 2019 (UTC)
Confused
[edit]I’m wondering how exactly somebody’s birth name, which is not a legal name and has no use to Sophie or anyone else, can be noteworthy/helpful information? My birth age was 0 but I don’t think it would be useful to put that on a Wikipedia page about me because there’s nothing useful or interesting about that information.
