Image copyright problem with Image:Canalj2007.gif
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Canalj2007.gif. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 03:29, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Image:Canalj2007.gif
[edit]A tag has been placed on Image:Canalj2007.gif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free image with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria.
If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the image can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the image is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the image. If the image has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:Canalj2007.gif|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Asher196 (talk) 03:49, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Image:Canalj2007.gif. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Asher196 (talk) 04:31, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
- I'll make this easy for you. Go to Wikipedia:Template messages/Image namespace and find the appropriate license template. Add that template to the image page. Complete the fair use rationale for the image to include the article it is used in, the source of the image, and the reason the image is needed. Asher196 (talk) 04:35, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. JNW (talk) 04:33, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
Please do not add content without citing reliable sources. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Contact me if you need assistance adding references. Thank you. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 04:20, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Teddygodzilla is not even the title of the episode, and there's not going to be a single episode article where no others exist. Please stop trying to create it. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 06:26, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
If you really want to do something productive, go to the WP:SANDBOX and learn what you're doing, because right now you don't seem to understand the things you're using. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 06:31, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
- Please stop restoring the episode. You're doing it wrong, and doing the same for the others will never work. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 07:14, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Instead of being an asshole, why don't you actually make an effort to help? RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 07:18, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
- Because what you are doing isn't helping. There are no episode articles for a reason: there's no need. The episode list is there for that reason. Your very poor attempts to create them will serve no purpose, because nothing links to them. They'll just languish as orphaned articles and get redirected. Please stop. — Trust not the Penguin (T | C) 07:23, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
I warned you, man. You now have me pissed off. THE ARTICLE WAS JUST CREATED THE OTHER FUCKING DAY. IT'S NOT GOING TO BE PERFECT, SO SHUT THE FUCK UP. YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT CODE LYOKO FROM WHAT I CAN SEE, SO LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE NOW, OR AN ADMIN WILL BE NOTIFIED. RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 07:26, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
- I have protected the page from being edited, I'm not going to watch as you two argue back and forth on the article. Please use the article's talk page to discuss the potential change. Useight (talk) 07:38, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
There is nothing to resolve. Penguinasshole keeps on RVing edits I make, despite the many times i've told him WHY he's wrong. Get him to STFU and then the page can be unprotected RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 07:40, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Problem with User:RhoLyokoWarrior
[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!
I hope not to seem unfriendly or make you feel unwelcome, but I noticed your user page, and I am concerned that it might not meet Wikipedia's user page guideline. After you look over that guideline, could we discuss that concern here? I'd appreciate hearing your views, such as your reasons for wanting this particular page and any alternatives you might accept.
There are several options available for resolving this matter:
- If you can relieve my concerns through discussing it here, I can stop worrying about it.
- If you decide to delete the page yourself, please add
{{Db-userreq}}
to the top of the page in question and an administrator will delete it. - If the two of us can't agree on what needs to be done, we can ask for help through Wikipedia's user pages for discussion, which may result in the page in question being deleted.
Thank you. Eastmain (talk) 17:20, 13 September 2008 (UTC)

Teddygozilla
[edit]The above page has been protected for 24 hours, so you have that long to create a proper article for the above title. Since you can't edit the page, you may use your sandbox to work on it instead. When the page protection is lifted, if your sandbox contains a viable article, you can move it to the Teddygozilla title. If you have not completed it at that time, the page will revert to a redirect. Any further edit warring at that page will result in a block. Blocked
[edit]You have been blocked for this edit summary which violates our policy on civility. Because this is not the first time you've been blocked for that reason, the duration of the block is now 72 hours. You may resume editing after the block expires, but any further disruption or incivility will result in much longer blocks. Kafziel Complaint Department 04:54, 20 September 2008 (UTC)

- Please calm down a notch. There are better ways to resolve disputes, but none of them are likely to work if you can't be a little patient -- Wikipedia:Dispute resolution lists some of these methods. – Luna Santin (talk) 05:48, 20 September 2008 (UTC)
I tried. I honestly did. My reports were ignored. He attempted to file a false vandal report against me, when he would RV all my edits for no apparent reason, except 'lol you're using ' instead of ", so u r a vandal' Then he REFUSED to explain himself. The guy is clearly a troublemaker, and I am insulted that he doesn't appear to be getting punished. I should not be the one blocked. RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 00:55, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
- Your reports weren't ignored. I even offered you a compromise solution in the previous section, which you evidently ignored. Not getting everything you asked for doesn't mean you were ignored - it just means you didn't get everything you asked for. And you're certainly not going to get it with name calling and edit warring. Kafziel Complaint Department 01:27, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
- You weren't ignored here in Wikiquette at all. In fact, your entire situation was clearly looked at, even though you were unwilling to provide any evidence yourself. Even having read all your posts, I was still willing to take a chance to help ... BMW(drive) 17:31, 21 September 2008 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Code Lyoko around the world
[edit]A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Code Lyoko around the world, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. mboverload@ 05:45, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
WTF? The article was just created less than 10 minutes ago, and you're not even giving it a chance? +rm the deletion tag RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 05:46, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
AfD nomination of Code Lyoko around the world
[edit]I have nominated Code Lyoko around the world, an article you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Code Lyoko around the world. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. mboverload@ 05:49, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
THE ARTICLE WAS JUST CREATED! RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 05:50, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Code Lyoko around the world. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. Thank you. Hi there
[edit]Hey, I couldn't help but notice your edits here [2] and here [3]. Those edits seem to be in violation of our policy on civility. Perhaps you could tone it down a bit? Please do not accuse me of being a vandal, when I am not. Lets have a reasoned discussion about this on the AfD page, ok? Thanks! --mboverload@ 06:01, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

- Rho, I'm really sorry my actions made you feel that way. I know what it feels like to have an article that you made nomed for deletion, and it doesn't feel good. I'm not pandering to you, I just want to let you know other users have been through the same thing but have learned and become better editors for it. --mboverload@ 06:16, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
- No, what you are doing is being impatient and rude. You nominated the article for deletion when it hadn't even existed for an hour yet. If anything, you're not being civil. RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 06:21, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Every time you request a block, you say you did nothing wrong. Clearly you did. Starting a sentence with "WTF" is a pretty good indicator of that. I'd think that by the third block and however many declined unblock requests, you'd at least know that you need to admit your mistake or nobody is even going to consider unblocking you. Continuing the personal attacks by calling Mboverload "rude and impatient" certainly isn't going to help. Kafziel Complaint Department 06:16, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
- I didn't. "What the fuck" is not being uncivil in my case. I am offended that I am blocked for this, yet the truly abusive users aren't. RhoLyokoWarrior (talk) 06:21, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
- And thinking like that is why you will remain blocked. Kafziel Complaint Department 06:24, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
It looks to me like three blocks in nine days indicates that you really need to look at your edits and interactions with others here, or you're heading down the path to an indefinite block. Take this block period to re-think your approach. Corvus cornixtalk 06:28, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

Your actions on Wikipedia, and the way you treat others, ignore rules, ignore warnings, ignore advice, threaten others, and your attempts to erase legitimate discussions about your behavior, do matter. You may not need this bullshit, but quite frankly we don't need yours. If you have problems in real life, maybe you should concentrate on them. The359 (talk) 06:40, 23 September 2008 (UTC)

- You treated people like shit from the day you decided to "take control" of the character lists of Code Lyoko. The first person to treat ANYONE like shit was, you, here. We blocked people who deserved it, you, who could not edit Wikipedia in a civil manner and discuss things with other editors. Instead, you told someone who did not match your viewpoint to "get lost".
- We don't care if you can't "fix" your edits or be part of this AFD discussion. You should have thought of that before you continued to insult others and earned yourself yet another ban. If the edits need fixing, someone else will fix them. The AFD discussion wont be swayed by your opinion, as it is already likely to be deleted regardless of what you say. Wikipedia will continue to survive and work while you are banned. The359 (talk) 06:49, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
Fair-use images in lists
[edit]Regarding your edits to List of primary characters in Code Lyoko, you're not allowed to do that. Period. It's against WP rules because it violates copyright laws as WP bigwigs understand them. Please do not re-add them or you will be blocked for flagrant copyright violation. Heck, you might even get blocked for WP:3RR, something that is completely unrelated to whatever merits there might be for content you add. DMacks (talk) 06:06, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
