Speedy deletion nomination of The Priestly Society of Saint Augustine

A tag has been placed on The Priestly Society of Saint Augustine requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. The Priestly Society of Saint Augustine
[edit]Ho, if you do own the material on the website then you should read Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials about how to indicate that it's can be reused on wikipedia (and elsewhere). Placing a copyleft notice at http://sssa-us.org/ would substantiate your claim to be the owner of that site - not being funny but otherwise anyone could make that claim and it be unverifiable.
An alternative would be to rewrite the entry so that it isn't a copy and paste from sssa-us.org which would be preferable.
As an aside please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages even if you disagree with them and are contesting it. NtheP (talk) 18:17, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
Raymond Walter Copp
[edit]Can you explain why you disagree with the previous wording that Ray is an Archbishop as stated by http://anglolutherancatholic.org/offices/administration-and-diocesan-offices/ ? Adding an edit summary to your edits does try and explain why you have made significant changes which otherwise get questioned (like this). NtheP (talk) 18:22, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
- I see you have already been questioned about this. I have reverted the edits you made to Raymond Walter Copp, as your edits removed a lot of referenced material and had nothing to back it up. Before it can be added to Wikipedia, your submission should have references. All articles on Wikipedia should have inline, numbered references after facts, showing the 'reliable source' (a newspaper, book, etc.) where the information can be checked, so that all information is verifiable.
Here's an example of how to add references:

Conflict of interest and autobiography
[edit]Hello Revpilot. We welcome your contributions to Wikipedia, but if you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article The Priestly Society of Saint Augustine, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.
All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. Please do not write an article about yourself, as you did at Raymond Walter Copp. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles).
