[edit]Thank you for spotting that this article was inappropriate. However, a deletion notice sbould be added and the page should not be blanked. If it is a non-notable biography, add {{{Db-bio}}} (one extra set of brackets added to prevent this page being nominated!)--File Éireann 20:18, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Hi. Thanks for the note. The article definitely needs a lot more work and I encourage you to add more material. Articles on individual poems have a bit of a habit of turning into personal essays, going against the wikipedia policy of no original research ... therefore it is particularly important to cite reliable sources so others can verify the content. For example, the article on The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock has been greatly improved by the addition of footnotes (see Wikipedia:Footnotes). I'm away from my library at the moment so can't help out with much of referencing at the moment. My overall impression is that the material re HSM seems ok, although there could be a lot more, but that we need to back it up with references, but that there is also a some 'off-target' stuff where the content strays into broader discussion.
By the way, I'm not sure if you are aware of the Poetry Portal ... if not, you might be interested in helping out with it ... the content changes every week and we always need help in preparing content for future weeks (you can do this by clicking on the Archive link in each panel which takes you to past and future entries). There is also Wikipedia:WikiProject Poetry which is not very active at the moment, but it might provide a place for coordinating efforts to fill in some of the big poetry gaps in wikipedia. Cheers. Re: Super Chikan article lack of references
[edit]In the Super Chikan article, the sources of your information are not referenced. Could you do so per WP:V and WP:CITE? Thanks! Mattisse(talk) 22:43, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
Disputed fair use rationale for Image:8habits tn.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:8habits tn.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 03:54, 12 February 2008 (UTC)

Hey y'all!
[edit]We're going to be having our first Mississippi meetup next month, and I would love it if you'd like to come out! A few of us will be staying overnight, so if you feel up to it, we could have a meet and greet that night and then breakfast the next morning and talk about Wikipedia and everyone's areas of expertise. Let's show 'em how it's done Southern-style! Mike H. Fierce! 21:31, 20 November 2008 (UTC)
