Might I ask... what is your relation to Arky? If you saw the comments made on my talkpage by the said user you'd understand why administrators didn't fail to block him. Any kind of incivility will not be tolerated by any user on wikipedia. My userpage is the height of poor taste? Why because its well designed and laid out? And with regards to your comments made at the ANi report... ARKY was blocked for several things. 1) who has a conflict of interest in editing Polow da Don (as he said he works with him), 2) Arky used racist and highly offensive/gross language, 3) Arky continued to disobey wikipedia rules of verifiability, 4) Arky showed blatant disregard for any kind of wikipedia rules, community spirit and warning procedures. If Arky wishes to appeal his block he/she can do so on his talkpage however you're comments will have little or no impact on the situation.
