Swedish House Mafia
[edit]Hi, I didn't delete Swedish House Mafia because it's actually a real article that somebody replaced with one line of text. It's often wise to check the history of an article before nominating it for deletion (although an administrator should also check before deleting). It's not a problem, just giving you a heads up :) James086Talk 14:50, 16 November 2012 (UTC)
- woops! I was sure it was a new page with a single edit there. Retired electrician (talk) 10:15, 17 November 2012 (UTC)

[edit]Hello TWL users! We hope JSTOR has been a useful resource for your work. We're organizing a cleanup drive to correct dead links to JSTOR articles – these require JSTOR access and cannot easily be corrected by bot. We'd love for you to jump in and help out!

Compact Cassette - Cassette Tape
[edit]Hi, I requested renaming the article back to Compact Cassette. Please, vote when the voting opens. Thanks! Mikus (talk) 17:56, 6 April 2020 (UTC)
- Just as a comment, you've !voted for support, but haven't bolded your entry, so it's hard to pick out amongst all the comments. Might be worth changing that next time you're passing the article, for clarity? Chaheel Riens (talk) 06:18, 7 April 2020 (UTC)
The references to Stark 1984 and Keywood 1987 were ambiguous, so I added 1984a/b and 1987a/b to distinguish them. However, I don't know to which of a/b which you meant to refer, so if you could update the article that would be great. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 20:07, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- Done. Could you please help with this Q? Is there a template in en: that can wrap more than one journal issue inside one citejournal/sfn? Retired electrician (talk) 23:44, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
- I cleaned up and fixed the citations as far as author names and years go (I think at least), but do review my changes. If you want multiple short citations inside one ref, you can try something like
<ref>{{harvnb|Duncan|1989a|p=82}}; {{harvnb|Duncan|1989b|p=60}}</ref>
. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 23:51, 9 May 2020 (UTC)- Also User:Retired_electrician/x2 is missing Robertson 1985. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 23:59, 9 May 2020 (UTC)
There's an ambiguous reference to Duncan 1989 in there. It's missing the a/b part of it. If you install User:Svick/HarvErrors.js (instructions), you'll be notified of these errors in the future. Headbomb {t · c · p · b} 17:54, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
GOCE Requests
[edit]Hi Retired electrician; I'm a coordinator at the Guild of Copy Editors (GOCE). I noticed you added three requests to our copy-edit requests page (REQ). To ensure all requests have a fair chance of being processed within an acceptable period, our current limit is two requests per editor at any one time. I also noticed the request I removed contained two requests; we don't allow these "super-requests" at REQ. Please feel free to re-add your requests (pasted below) once the ones already on the REQ page have been processed. Thanks for your understanding. Cheers, Baffle☿gab 19:05, 22 June 2020 (UTC)
