Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a message letting you know that one or more of your recent edits to Isabelle M. Germano, MD, FACS, FAANS has been undone by an automated computer program called ClueBot NG.

Information icon Hello, I'm Bahooka. I noticed that you made a change to an article, P. J. Louis, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Wikipedia cannot be used as a reference. The citation that the person attended a certain school should come from a third party. Bahooka (talk) 13:36, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Again, Wikipedia cannot be used as a reference. Please stop adding it as one at the P. J. Louis article. Bahooka (talk) 23:51, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop treating this article like a resume. Statements should be sourced to third party independent references and we don't need puffery like "noted". --NeilN talk to me 02:32, 23 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I just wanted to make sure that you were aware that the image you uploaded to commons: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Isabelle_Germano_imgportraitHigh.jpg will be likely be deleted next week, unless the copyright info is sorted out. That link provides more info about the problem and how to fix it (in the orange box under "Licensing"). Grayfell (talk) 04:11, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Isabelle Germano.jpeg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Puffin Let's talk! 22:47, 19 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
