Welcome!
Hello, ReidE96, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}}
on this page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:
- Your first article
- Biographies of living persons
- How to write a great article
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Help pages
- Tutorial
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!--Biografer (talk) 18:46, 30 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hello Biografer! My edit a minute ago was far from my first - I've been on Wikipedia for over a decade ;) But thank you for the welcome anyway. ReidE96 (talk) 18:51, 30 September 2017 (UTC)
- Hi again. When I greet new users I don't check their contributions or userpages because its time consuming, and can cause me to lose a valuable contributor (such as yourself). Sorry that my welcome came as a shock to you. Have welcomed a couple contributors similar to you who were shocked that someone remembers them after 5, 10 years. :) Best regards from Russia.--Biografer (talk) 17:38, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
- Not to mention, its better to be welcomed then to be blocked. :)--Biografer (talk) 17:56, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
