Question
[edit]Why don't you edit as Axylus.arisbe anymore? wumbolo ^^^ 12:59, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
- ...and why don't I edit as Lingzhi or Ling.Nut as well... I'll be giving up this username too. WP and I are incompatible. Thanks for asking tho.Reflets.dans.l'eau (talk) 13:21, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. wumbolo ^^^ 14:02, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
- Silly, silly, silly way for Wumbolo to spend a saturday. On behalf of wikipedia, nay the internet, sorry Ling man. Ceoil (talk) 15:17, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
- Second the Ceoil; as an exercise in fatuousity, however, it excels. ——SerialNumber54129 15:30, 1 December 2018 (UTC)
So that's where you've gone...
[edit]Stumbled upon your new user page I don't know how, Ling.Nut/Lingzhi/Azilus.arisbe. I have read your criticisms of Wikipedia with interest. I don't agree 100%, but, sadly, there is truth in what you say, and your thought-provoking assessment is worth taking very seriously. You know I miss you, and I know I'm not the only one. The saddest thing about your leaving is that, as our best editors depart, one by one, and only the bad-faith editors remain, Wikipedia does devolve into a "toy" project. If we can't retain the best Wikipedians, including you, we are indeed lost. Well, of course no one can force you to stay. So, with a sigh, in case you should happen to look back at this page again, a heartfelt good-bye and good luck. All the best, Alan W (talk) 08:34, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
