Welcome!
[edit]Hello, ReemFaraj, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

[edit]Please take note, and good luck with your Wiki-assignment. I assume that your student briefing omitted to mention that Wikipedia doesn't have a standard language ... but saying that changing a language setting is "correcting grammar" is certainly off-limits! And BTW the article already mentions Sumerian clay tablets; I've added the rough date of c. 3000 BC, and moved your citation into the article body. Hope this makes sense!
