i am confusion

i am aware I was blocked i am wondering if I am still able to make an uncompromised account so I can edit also I am not here to waste others time all the edits I made which were inconstructive were either another person on my account or in the case of the shrek Wikipedia I write it in the wrong area I have since wrote a new entry for shrek explaining it popularity and how it got to the popular status it has anyway good day I will no longer be using this account for Wikipedia — Preceding unsigned comment added by Reeetuscleetus (talk • contribs)

No. That would be a violation of WP:SOCK and WP:EVADE. You are free to contest your block here by following the instructions at WP:GAB and conceivably, you may convince another administrator that you should be permitted to create a new account.
