Gobryas (son of Darius I) moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to Gobryas (son of Darius I). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Hey man im josh (talk) 16:15, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- Alright, understood. RedactedHumanoid (talk) 16:19, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Hey man im josh can you give me a rough estimate as to how many sources I will need before it is ready for publication? RedactedHumanoid (talk) 22:15, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- There's no exact number, but typically most people say 3 reliable sources at least that show significant coverage of the subject. Hey man im josh (talk) 23:06, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- Ok. RedactedHumanoid (talk) 23:07, 29 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Hey man im josh Alright, I now have three sources about the subject (plus another one about a related thing), is that sufficient enough for me re-publish it? RedactedHumanoid (talk) 04:22, 31 October 2024 (UTC)
- @RedactedHumanoid: Geni is considered an unreliable source because it's user generated content, and, frankly in my experience using it, often wrong and based on guess work. Geni and other user generated content sites should not be used as references. The first source is good and contributes towards notability though. Second probably does as well, but this isn't my particular area of expertise. Hey man im josh (talk) 10:37, 31 October 2024 (UTC)

- Ok, I think I am going to publish the draft now. RedactedHumanoid (talk) 18:03, 6 November 2024 (UTC)
