By the way, this is not an automated bot that placed this message. Yes, it is boilerplate, but it won't appear anywhere if I don't put it there.
Your redirects
[edit]Please stop making redirects from actors to TV shows/films. These types of redirects are usually not helpful and cause problems. We want editors to see the red links on the credits list, since it would encourage them to write an article. Then there is the problem of actors who get roles in other films, for example, Shashi Mittal is credited as producer in Tu Mera Hero, except that Shashi Mittal actually redirects to Diya Aur Baati Hum. Thank you Oiyarbepsy (talk) 14:31, 19 April 2015 (UTC)
- Just because a person is mentioned in the article doesn't mean a redirect should go there. Shashi Mittal is such an example, being mentioned in two articles, which brings up the obvious question of which article it would redirect to. Better instead to not have the redirect. Shashi Mittal should be an article, and so should all of those other names. Oiyarbepsy (talk) 14:35, 19 April 2015 (UTC)
The article Shashi Mittal has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Inappropriate redirects
[edit]Hello. I am Diannaa and I am an administrator on this wiki. Please stop creating redirects for non-notable corporate executives. It's not the sort of content we are looking for. Thank you. -- Diannaa (talk) 19:19, 30 April 2015 (UTC)
