Actually, after looking at the document you've put up, which anyone with any knowledge of US law can tell is utterly and ridiculously fake, I can't imagine that you'd understand policies beyond what you wanted to make of them. Ian.thomson (talk) 22:58, 23 December 2018 (UTC)
