Copyedit help requested

[edit]

I saw the changes you made to Late-October 1996 tornado outbreak and am wondering if you could do something similar to the article Great Storm of 1975 (which I just put up for GA last night). I've never quite understood the rules about when to spell numbers vs. putting the numerical value in. Gopher backer 17:05, 25 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ReadQ to ReadQT because of password problems

[edit]

I have been a consistent fan of Wikipedia [starting in April, 2005] and have made numerous edits without a user name. I recently started editing under a user name, ReadQ.

I could not get my password to work for ReadQ after several attempts and simply created a new account and changed my user name to ReadQT. ReadQ and ReadQT are the same person.ReadQT 13:27, 27 April 2007 (UTC) See both ReadQ contributions and ReadQT contributions. ReadQT 21:23, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
