Wiki Loves Women

[edit]

In the future, rather than try to add it by category, please add the full Wiki Loves Women template to the talk page. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 01:00, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks Ricky81682 your point has been noted regards.Rberchie (talk) 06:55, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Stella Aba Seal, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Eastern Region. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Admin help request

[edit]

Requesting an IP address block exemption, because(I am having an edit-a-thon and a training session for Wiki Loves Women). Rberchie (talk) 20:22, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

You will need to give more detail. As recently as two days ago your edit log shows that you were not blocked, and I do not see a block now. Please post the message you see when you try to edit; also, what does Wiki loves Women have to do with your difficulty? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Anthony Bradbury (talkcontribs) 21:12, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry but I think I used the wrong templates I have an edit-a-thon tomorrow and I wanted to request an exemption from the IP been blocked because a lot of people will create accounts and edit with the same IP address please advice me oh how I can do that regardsRberchie (talk) 21:54, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I see you have account creator status and your editathon is presumably over (with great success, I hope!), so I'm going to mark this closed. If I can help further, use my talk or ping me. :-) Katietalk 12:35, 22 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Backlog

[edit]

The NPP backlog now stands at 13,158 total unreviewed pages.

Just to recap:

  • 13 July 2016: 7,000
  • 1 August 2016: 9,000
  • 7 August 2016: 10,472
  • 16 August 2016: 11,500
  • 28 August 2016: 13,158

You naturally don't have to feel obliged, but if there's anything you can do it would be most appreciated. I've spent 40 hours on it this week but it's only a drop in the ocean.--Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 07:48, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks @Kudpung กุดผึ้ง I will try my best and help out.RegardRberchie (talk) 08:30, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal: New Page Reviewer user right

[edit]

A discussion is taking place to request that New Page Patrollers be suitably experienced for patrolling new pages. Your comments at New pages patrol/RfC for patroller right are welcome. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 07:49, 28 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please justify

[edit]

Please explain how you decided a two sentence stub article needed a further citation!?? I'll leave aside the absurdity of tagging ANY NEW ARTICLE less than 6-8 weeks old... IT'S YOUR TIME TO WASTE. But do remember use of such templates is held to be controversial and unwanted by quite a few editors. // FrankB 21:54, 30 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
