Bmohray
[edit]I can move the page, but are you sure there isn't another town with that other name? The user who created the article is not Lebanese and may have used an outdated or containes a misspelling. I checked this website http://www.localiban.org/spip.php?article899 where the name is written as Bmahray and Bmehrai in the map below on the same website, can you verify if this is how the name is written officially, or at least on road signs, because this website is governmental. I also googled "Bmohray" and "Bmahray" (with the quotes) and got 1660 and 22000 hits respectively. It seems that "Bmahray" is more widely accepted. Please let me know what you think, I cannot decide on a move alone.
We can also add the alternative spellings in the lead, this is how users usually deal with troublesome names :) I do not have free photos but at this stage the article is lacking more important things like sources, it doesn't cite any at all. this is very problematic, so if you can skim through the web, or have books on bmohray/bmahray you can rewrite the article in a better way, meanwhile i will see what i can do to improve the article. -Elias Z 10:15, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
- Hey Raymond. Dr.Blofeld created the article. If you are going to use the images on the shouf cedar website you will need their explicit permission. You can also have someone take some nice pics for you if they still live there. Do not overload the article with pics though, an article that big can only have one or two pics of good quality -Elias Z 06:30, 18 October 2013 (UTC)
- The creator must have gotten a notification of the page move on his watchlist. Creating an article doesn't mean one owns it; see Wikipedia:Ownership of articles. Any edit that can improve an existing article is welcome. -Elias Z 12:41, 18 October 2013 (UTC)
