Do not make another move, if you do it I will have you reported. I clearly have explained to you how to make a request for an article move. That name has been on his article many for years, you don't just change it. It does require a discussion for it to be renamed by editors. That is Wikipedia's guidelines for moving article names. Are you suggesting that the correct transliteration is bad? Apologies for the edit when I was logged out.
