Solar Records is a little redundant since SOLAR means Sounds Of LA Records.

The discussion of SOLAR's ownership transferals needs to be cleaned up. There is a reference to EMI Europe included in the "Success" section, which may better serve the "Declined" section. Additionally, this reference is poorly written, and words are erroneously capitalized.
