Speedy deletion nomination of Osage Nation Museum
[edit]Hello Rantavia,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Osage Nation Museum for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. ubiquity (talk) 20:37, 10 August 2016 (UTC)

Status and Advice
[edit]- As reviewing administrator, I did not delete the article on he museum. It was a little too promotional, but it was fixable, and I fixed it. Please add only a brief description of the collections--not the very detailed list you were apparently planning. And word it neutrally, so it doesn't look like a web page. Try to find references providing substantial coverage from third-party independent reliable sources, not press releases or mere announcements -- this should be possible if the museum is important.
- And, if you have a WP:Conflict of Interest, see our rules about this, and see our Terms of Use, particularly with respect to paid contributions without disclosure for the necessary disclosure. DGG ( talk ) 17:28, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
