Intermittent fasting

[edit]

I would like to add a little bit more about the average Joes and IM or even people who weight train regularly and how IM might effect them. (Randy Houghtaling (talk) 05:23, 26 April 2018 (UTC)) https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/intermittent-fasting-science-and-supplementation.html[reply]

Edit war warning

[edit]
Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Intermittent fasting shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Issues

[edit]

This is awful.

  • Sources about health should be literature reviews or statements by major medical or scientific bodies, as described in WP:MEDRS. None of the sources you used are OK. Spam sites like besynchro.com are absolutely unacceptable. This book is crassly commercial and not reliable either.
  • Please do not add content hyping diets or any other health intervention to WP.

Thanks. Jytdog (talk) 05:59, 11 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi! Please be careful when editing medical topics - you need to make sure that the article is written carefully and that you use the best possible sourcing, which Jytdog has stated above. I know the class is over, but if you're interested in editing in this topic area you can read more about how to edit medical and science related topics with this module.
