Please don't remove the link in the deletion template, it makes things harder for the admin who reviews it and the link is already in the edit summary, thank you. Shaws username . talk . 17:52, 14 May 2024 (UTC)

- i believe that what is registerd as a copyright infers it is that someone who posted something and states that it is quote of the person who created his article and also made a video stating the same "I give full permission for anyone to use this article (in whole or in part) for any purpose, so long as they cite the references provided." Randomrexy (talk) 19:22, 14 May 2024 (UTC)

- I don't know what you mean about a video, but the owner of the blog can fix the copyright problem using the instructions at Wikipedia:IOWN. It looks like Medium.com has a simple setting for licencing content under a Creative Commons Licence. But copyright wasn't the only problem with the article. By copying straight from a blog post, you get an article that reads like a blog post or a magazine article, rather than an encyclopedia article. For some good advice on this, please see Wikipedia:Encyclopedic style. Thanks, Wikishovel (talk) 15:39, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
- @Wikishovel Strangely we just had this submitted to AfC: Draft:The_Jack_Family_Disappearance. Different editor, same topic, same day? Qcne (talk) 15:41, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
- You're right, I missed that, thanks. I've explained to Randomrexy below about abuse of multiple accounts. Wikishovel (talk) 15:48, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
- as far as i know i edited on the same acount just with as randomrexy yesterday so i have no explaination on that i tried yester day it got speedy deleted before i even got the change anything about the article i wanted to atleast have everything ready to release but and yesterday i did not even submit anything and got deleted yesterday.
- also its a missing person case i even let the majority if not the entire blog section out and made it read in alot of ways identical Springfield Three case and beside that its a factual blog and the page that i made on here only read out the facts no filler. - Hi @Randomrexy, I suggest in the kindest way that your poor grasp on English writing may mean you will struggle to write articles for Wikipedia. Maybe do some very basic editing first. Qcne (talk) 16:03, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
- i do agree about being not the best however bad grammar isn't a reason to delete a entire draft especially when the draft is called a draft for a reason and i agree with the submission not coming tru.
- however it doens't justify deleting everything and just removing it completely. a missing person case regardless if its wiki or not should outly facts and events first, it was a work in progress wiki article that multiple would check and translate , but if anything goes wrong the entire page gets wiped Randomrexy (talk) 16:13, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
- The draft was not deleted due to poor writing skills, @Randomrexy, it was deleted for being a copyright infringement of the Medium.com blogpost. Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted material.
- You also submitted the draft for review which is akin to "being finished" with the draft, and I declined it on then basis of poor English writing. Qcne (talk) 16:56, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
