Article Selection

It seems that you want to create a new article for your ESS assignment, i.e. capitation fees. However, there is already an existing article named Capitation fee. Hence, I have re-edited your article selection. If you wish to continue with this then go ahead, else do select a different article and re-post it on the Course Page.
