Matumba Romeo hails from Thohoyandou in Muledane Block J. He is one of the best Librarians in the Kwazulu-Natal region. Romeo alsko known as Muvhulawa Matumba is a permanant employee of Varsity College Westville as a branch librarian with two assistants. He started working at varsity college in 2005 and started a resource centre which has grown to become a proper library with book collection, DVDs, Journals,Magazines, VHS, CD-ROMS and electronic databases (Ebschohst, Gale infotrac, Juta law and Inmagic system).
