Thanks for signing up for this project. It is a very busy and active project with lots going on and we can always use more help and especially a fresh set of eyes. If you haven't done so already you might want to add Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aircraft to your watch list as this is where much of the background discussion occurs. You may also want to watch Wikipedia:New articles (Aircraft) as this is where newly created articles get listed for peer review. Having a look over these new articles is a great way to get a feel for how things are done on the project and also most new articles need reviewing anyway. If you have any questions you can leave me a note or post at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Aircraft, either way you will get a quick response. - Ahunt (talk) 15:45, 25 May 2017 (UTC) Ahunt Thanks Ral 33 16:44, 25 May 2017 (UTC)

The fact that you "know the guy" has nothing to do with any edits on wikipedia because any information needs to be sourced. The reason I reverted your edit is because you removed a large section, without any explanation. Please see WP:RMV Than you, Ral 33 (talk) 18:34, 9 February 2018 (UTC)

ArbCom 2017 election voter message
[edit]Hello, Ral 33. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC)
Sockpuppet investigation
[edit]Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ral 33, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Ben Reynolds
[edit]Hello Ral 33. I noticed you did a little tidying on the Ben Reynolds article ([1]). However, the whole article at that time was patently worthless, unreferenced and had in fact just been hi-jacked. It needed reverting to a previous version, which someone else has now done. I appreciate any attempts to improve articles, but would just ask you to look a little more closely at pages you are editing: Noyster (talk), 10:02, 6 January 2018 (UTC)
- Ok thank you, I was just attempting to make sure the code for the infobox was not displayed on the page. Ral 33 (talk) 13:30, 6 January 2018 (UTC)
Official sockpuppet investigation response
[edit]The evidence that was used against me was purely coincidental. I undid the deletion of the section a user submitted because I felt that Jim from idegon made a legitimate addition to the Frederick Douglass high school (Lexington Kentucky) article and I had something else to add. Instead of copy and pasting (as this would be plagiarism) I simply reverted the edit and added what I wanted to add.
population
[edit]I notice you updated the population rank of Pasadena. I had noted it was wrong, and put a note on the talk page for population rank about the possibility of automating this. It seems something that should be done, so all pages would be right. Gah4 (talk) 06:08, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
- it is funny you mention automating this process. I am currently building a bot that will do just that. Ral 33 (talk) 13:31, 7 January 2018 (UTC)
- I was thinking of a template, but am not sure how to do it. A template that is transcluded both on the Population rank page, and also on other pages that need it. I think ... thanks. But bot is fine, too. Gah4 (talk) 19:48, 7 January 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Ral 33,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Rolls-Royce Phantom (2018)/GARolls-Royce Phantom (2018)/GA1 for deletion, because it seems to be a test. Did you know that the Wikipedia Sandbox is available for testing out edits?
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

I noticed that you picked up my GA nomination for a review. I managed to translate much of the information from the portuguese version (which is a featured article) so I know there will be some miscalculations in the accuracy of the translation. Despite this, the article has a substantial amount of information and I feel that it deserves to at least have a review to see if it meets the GA criteria. Just want to let you know this before you dive into the article. Thank you for picking this up for review! De88 (talk) 01:45, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- @De88: Let me just start off by saying, wow! First off it is difficult to make a good article, I’ve seen my fair share of bad ones. But to make a good article that was translated, that’s next level dedication! Thank you for working hard to improve Wikipedia! Ral 33 (talk) 01:54, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for understanding. To say I am a Lorde fan would be the biggest understatement ever. I will say that translating another article, especially one tagged as featured, is still one of the hardest things I had to work with in my time on this site. Given how much attention publications placed on this song and Lorde, I am not surprised at all that it is this long at over 100,000 bytes. Not only did I have to check every article to verify its credibility, some of them were unavailable, deleted, etc. I had to search the archive library to see if they were there. That led to me to delete a lot of great information that could not be properly sourced. De88 (talk) 02:11, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- @De88: Gotcha, I’m more of an 80’s fan myself. I’m currently wondering why one of the bots didn’t tag one of the 14 dead links as dead or try to rescue them... Ral 33 (talk) 02:30, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- @De88: Can you replace the old iTunes links that are dead with this: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/royals-deluxe-single/1035012004

Someone is complaining about my work on this review...Ral 33 (talk) 02:54, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
- I’ll definitely take care of it. I noticed that the article failed to pass the GA nomination but the banner on the “Royals” talk page has it listed under GA status. Just wanted to clarify if the article passed or failed. Why is someone complaining about your work on this review? That’s quite intriguing. De88 (talk) 21:12, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
- @De88: I passed it. I have no clue why someone is questioning my work. I guess people don’t see the things I do behind the scenes. I am very open about my process by showing the check marks and the status and updates. I thought that would be helpful since I’m a behind the scenes kind of person. Ral 33 (talk) 21:16, 2 February 2018 (UTC)
- I will submit the article for a c/e just so that someone doesn't place it under a GA reassessment in the future. Out of the 14 dead links, I was able to fix 7 of the iTunes and Amazon dead links. The article is quite long but what were the other 7 dead links? De88 (talk) 21:38, 2 February 2018 (UTC)

This review, if you could call it a review, is shocking. You can't find one single mistake, type, grammar error at all? And you've passed it despite stating that it has an "alarming" 14 dead links which are still present? — Calvin999 15:53, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- Greetings @Calvin999:, yes, because when you pass an article on the top of the talk page is says something like: feel free to review this or make inprovements. This is what I suggest you do instead of attacking my work. I think you mean typo instead of type by the way. I stand by my work as most of my review work is done behind the scenes. Thank you, Ral 33 (talk) 16:24, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- I'm not attacking anything, I'm saying this is not how how you conduct a review. You don't pass it when you highlight "alarming" faults and don't even allow the nominator to correct them. — Calvin999 16:45, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- Overall, this is a good article, I looked and most of the dead links can be fixed very quickly. That is not a big deal to me. I read the instructions thoroughly before I started reviewing articles. Ral 33 (talk) 16:47, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- It doesn't matter if it's not a big deal to you. You need to adhere to the criteria. 14 dead links is a lot, and that's a lot of information in the article which means isn't sourced. — Calvin999 17:10, 1 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Calvin999: As I said before, most of them are still active links just at different URL’s. Ral 33 (talk) 17:56, 1 February 2018 (UTC)

- Sorry, Ral33, any article that contains sentences like this—"The message of "Royals" was compared to Nirvana's 1991 single "Smells Like Teen Spirit," for both decrying the pop industry of which became a part of." or this "The song is instrumented by electronic touches, finger snaps and bass. Musically compared to Grimes' works, "Royals" features minimalist instrumentation, consisting of only low bass and percussion, and features a "strong and merciless" hip hop beat accompanied by crackling finger that repeat and echo, as well as some electronic effects. Its low-fidelity production."—simply does NOT meet WP's good article criteria IMO.Twofingered Typist (talk) 13:50, 9 March 2018 (UTC)

However, if you are willing to revert the article to my edited version for a few hours, I would be very grateful. I made a promise to my boyfriend that I would credit him with the creation of Webkinz, as he is going through a rough patch of time. I would like to appeal to your sense of humanity, please take the time to consider my request.
Thank you, sincerely,

@Hereformyboyfriend: Unfortunately Wikipedia cannot make special accommodations for a situation like this. I would suggest going to the "View History" tab on the page and finding your edit and showing that to your boyfriend, that edit page should have the material you're looking for.
