Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to List of Carnatic composers may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 18:26, 16 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Tbhotch. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Papadum with this edit without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Tbhotch. Grammatically incorrect? Correct it! See terms and conditions. 04:58, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Siddha medicine into another page. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. If you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you.
On this occasion, I reverted your edit, since there is no need to have the large amount of text in 2 articles. The link from the main article to the smaller one, and a very short summary should be sufficient.

Warning

[edit]

If you do not explain your reasons for removing content in the edit summary, all your changes are likely to be reverted. . . Mean as custard (talk) 18:35, 28 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Unfortunately, Tamil does not classify as a classical language in the widely-disseminated-language-of-cultural-influence sense, only in the internally-glorious-literary-tradition sense. AnonMoos (talk) 01:49, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Papadum

[edit]

Hi. I reverted your removal, because the content appeared to be sourced, you gave no explanation in your edit summary, and a partial, incomplete sentence was left after your edit. Your edit may have been an attempt to correct an error, but since you left no explanation I was unable to attempt to fix it for you. Please feel free to make another edit, but please explain the change in your edit summary so as to avoid confusion. Thanks. Begoontalk 06:31, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Carnatic music, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Tamil (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Information icon Hello, I'm Fowler&fowler. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Raghuram Rajan because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, you can use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Please only add material relevant to his notability; ethnic branding is non-notable. Thank you. Fowler&fowler«Talk» 04:40, 5 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It would seem like you have not made yourself familiar with WP:RS and WP:OR. It is quite well known that the theory of a Tamil origin for anaconda falls way short of the Sinhalese possibility and these were clearly noted a long time ago (references cited - look them up). In any case there was no V Jonasson and there are NO Reticulated Pythons in Sri Lanka. If you wish to discuss it please take it up on the talk page. Shyamal (talk) 12:38, 7 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
