Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Ragazzostar, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Article choice

[edit]

Hi! I'm not sure which article you're interested in editing, so my advice on this end will be general. When picking articles, it's best to go with the ones that need more work, meaning that they're stubs or are tagged as needing a lot of improvement, as articles that are already pretty comprehensive and/or lengthy will be more difficult since it'll be harder to find content to add. With those it tends to get more into the fine details, as opposed to necessarily adding a lot of content.

Some areas you may want to look into, per your userpage, are articles in Category:Gender equality by country and Category:Gender equality. You may also be interested in the article on gender inequality in curricula, as this could use some work and expansion. It looks like it takes a mostly Western perspective, so that's something that could make for a good area of expansion. Shalor (Wiki Ed) (talk) 21:05, 9 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
