Wikilinks

Please learn how to create proper WikiLinks. We do not create a link to the URL of the Wikipedia page in question, rather we use the Wikipedia syntax to create a Wikilink. So we don't type [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICLEI]] (which creates something that looks like this: [[1]] ), instead, we type [[ICLEI]] which creates this: ICLEI.
