Re: Username change

[edit]

Hi. For changing usernames, we need certain clarifications. The best place to make a request is our Username change forum, where we have a template in place for requests to be made. You can make your request to me (or any other Bureaucrat) directly, but it would be important that you take a look at the explanations at the top of the page I indicated, so that you can see if you could have the account renamed exactly as you want it, and so that you can provide us with the necessary information (most importantly the reason why you believe you need to be renamed, for us to assess whether or not the request is viable). Thanks, Redux 23:10, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi - there's no particular number of edits, but given the processing power required to change usernames, if it seems that it would be simple to create a new username, I'll always recommend it. Warofdreams talk 18:14, 15 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The speedy deletion of this redirect has been rejected by three separate administrators. Please stop nominating it. You can use Wikipedia:Redirects for deletion instead. Stifle (talk) 18:04, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't understand, why this redirect isn't delate. It's wrong gramar Stanisław J. Radziński ??? 18:30, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Grammar is not relevant. There is a chance that someone might type this in or link to it in error. Redirects are cheap, so there is no reason to delete it. Stifle (talk) 19:09, 10 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
