Thank you for the update. Unfortunately, it was determined that Dr. Bhutti is not Wikipedia notable, although there are several independent references to her. Nothing in print that I could find, and she keeps a low profile. Eliot Tokar for example, is published, being a native English speaker. It's a shame as Dr. Bhutti has a really remarkable life history as the first female Tibetan doctor in the US, born in Tibet, studying with the support of the Dalai Lama.
