Re: Atreides (album)
Hi,
I noticed that you deleted the entry for this album for being insigificant (i.e. the artist not having a page). Actually the singer of the album does have a page in English wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vasilis_Papakonstantinou) to whom this album was added using the additional chronology template. The composes for the ablum has a page in Greek, Russia, and Ukrainian pages and I was planning to translate these pages to English.
I would appreciate it if you could revert the deletion and allow me to continue with the creation of album entries for these artists.

- Hello, the article was tagged for speedy deletion because at the time there was no article for the artist (see CSD A9 for more details). Now that there is an article for the artist you can post a request at WP:UNDELETE and an Administrator will review it to determine if it can be restored. Cheers! RA0808 talkcontribs 01:38, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for the prompt reply. The page for the artist Vasilis Papakonstantinou existed for many years in wikipedia, so this reason did not really apply. Moreover, the article was deleted within less than 24hrs before I could challenge the notice for speedy deletion. I requested an undeletion now, but I hope more care can be taken so I can focus my efforts in creating and expanding articles rather than going through administrative processes. Thanks! RE: Joe Thomas
You removed an edit of mine for "not being constructive". What I was doing was removing some asterisks relating to censorship, because as far as I was aware Wikipedia is not censored. 81.96.94.137 (talk) 22:01, 10 September 2015 (UTC)

Regarding the Page of Samir Geagea
Dear Editor,
It is not about censorship. I understand the rules of wikipedia very well.
First I removed only the last three lines of the paragraph simply because what is mentioned is completely false. I urge you to find me a reference that quotes what he said. Those who added this paragraph referenced the wikileak which is true from three sources. Two of them are credible; daily star and nytimes while the third is an arab blog or website that I haven't encountered.
After few hours, I deleted the whole paragraph for the following reasons; Why would one mentions a recent political incident under one's biography? It does not make sense. There are millions of wikileaks out there but I do not understand how they are confirmed as part of one's biography. In addition, a leak is one incident in that person's life out of hundreds. It is only meant to ruin his image and not to add information to people about him.
For all the reasons above, I believe such paragraph is unnecessary. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wissamraji (talk • contribs) 20:10, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Wissamraji: I have restored the content that is supported by the references, thank you for drawing my attention to the final portion of the paragraph which is not supported by the references. The addition of the information regarding his mention in Saudi diplomatic cables is neutral, and there is consensus on that. The information is there to objectively inform the reader, it is equally as important as his imprisonment as a militia leader. Removing content solely because you find it objectionable is censorship under Wikipedia policies, so please do not remove well-sourced relevant content. Central Tech High School Page - Vandalism
Good evening,
The edit you recently did to this page which reverted vandalism was correct and I just wanted to find out if you could undo it again. There seems to be trouble with vandalism on the page. Your revisions to the old soccer team info were correct. — Preceding unsigned comment added by D-Dog-16 (talk • contribs) 23:56, 11 September 2015 (UTC)
- @D-Dog-16: It appears another editor has already dealt with the situation. IF you'd like more information on how to remove vandalism please feel free to check out this page. Hope this helps! RA0808 talkcontribs 03:43, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
On Joe Thomas
I'm interested in the rationale behind your edits to Joe Thomas (actor) - as per WP:CENSOR I'm disputing them. ~ NottNott let's talk! contrib 15:47, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
- @NottNott: My rationale was that because the source being quoted censors "fuck" to "f**k", the quote in the article should be kept faithful to the text of the source. It's not because the word fuck itself needs to be censored. RA0808 talkcontribs 19:13, 12 September 2015 (UTC)
- I see - I did check the source next to the quote and it seems to be deadlinked. No problem. ~ NottNott let's talk! contrib 19:16, 12 September 2015 (UTC)

Hello, Thanks for letting me know. I would like for you to restore the changes that I made. I have done much research and was in the process of editing the page. I was not fully finished and was taking a break. I can explain my changes in the edit comments box once my changes are recovered.
Cheers! Adiyavar (talk) 04:06, 13 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Adiyavar: You can consult your changes here. Please do not remove material without intending to replace it, if you'd like to work on changes at your own pace consider creating a userspace draft. RA0808 talkcontribs 04:08, 13 September 2015 (UTC)

CVS - Wikipedia
Hello,
I have taken out what I believe to be the promotional activity to which you described in your review.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CVS_(Business_Rent_%26_Rates)
Is this better now?
Thanks,
Martin — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin Tide (talk • contribs) 09:22, 14 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Martin Tide: There is an improvement, but several areas of the article still sound excessively promotional. The entire Background section still sounds like advert copy, I would recommend reading some of Wikipedia's policies on neutral point of view for information on how to improve the article. I have already gone in and made some improvements to phrasing etc. RA0808 talkcontribs 02:11, 15 September 2015 (UTC)
- Hello, many thanks for making those amends. I'm trying my best to meet the guidelines. All the information in the background is sourced with citations, however I do agree that this line is still slightly promotional: CVS has ensured that thousands of businesses are paying a fair level of business rates and have also secured the best possible terms on their rents.[3] However it is a fair description of what the business does. Do you feel it needs amending? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin Tide (talk • contribs) 09:48, 15 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Martin Tide: It definitely requires amending, there are more neutral ways of phrasing that. RA0808 talkcontribs 15:12, 15 September 2015 (UTC)

Hi, the phrase is a factual element of the company's business, which is supported with a relevant citation. I have made further amends to it: "CVS helps businesses ensure that they are paying a fair level of business rates and also try and secure the best possible terms on their rents.[3]" Is this more suitable? Thanks for your help, Martin. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin Tide (talk • contribs) 09:12, 16 September 2015 (UTC)
Hello, thanks for helping and making further amends to the page. Will the message at the top now be removed? Many thanks, Martin — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin Tide (talk • contribs) 08:21, 17 September 2015 (UTC)
Personal request
I may rue the day I did this, but can you hold off warning user:Caleb David Smith for a while, at least using standard templates? Let me try mentoring the editor for a few weeks and then, if he runs afoul of you, I'll let you use proper channels with the editor. I think he's feeling ganged-up on and we may be biting a newcomer. I get the idea that he's really trying to improve Wikipedia, but doesn't understand the pillars, or policies, guidelines, MoSes or essays yet. It looks like he thinks that Wikipedia operates like an Internet forum where you have to push your weight around, where it's really a community with a set of rules. I'll work with him and you can complain to me if he messes-up. Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:41, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Walter Görlitz: I will hold off if that's what you think is best, though I think it should be noted that his account was already indef blocked by User:Swarm per WP:NOTHERE... and it appears he has created a new account (User:Signature of Divine) to circumvent the block. That really should be going to SPI... but is that the account you're referring to?
- For what it's worth, I feel that my original response was done in a very non-bitey way. I addressed all of his messages, even as they kept coming without letting me get a word in edgewise, and was willing to let the initial personal attack slide because of his newness to Wiki. I only drew the red line and reported after he started attacking me at his own talk page. RA0808 talkcontribs 04:54, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- I saw. I also so that his behaviour was over-the-top. I also see that he's won himself an indef block and has decided to be a sockmaster. Argh. This is going to be a fun mentorship. Let's see if I can right this ship or not. Thanks for understanding. Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:56, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Walter Görlitz: Best of luck to you, and here's hoping you can shape him into a productive contributor... or at least as productive as any of us Wiki-folk can be, haha! RA0808 talkcontribs 05:00, 18 September 2015 (UTC)
- @Walter Görlitz: thanks for offering to mentor this user. I understand that this is a young person who probably wants to contribute in good faith and if their behavior is salvageable have no objection to unblocking them. I've tried to explain it as straightforward as possible on how they can return to editing and I'm not asking for a lot. I would rather see them achieve good standing under your guidance than play whack-a-mole with their socks forever. I hope we can work toward that result and all we need now is this user's willingness. If he's unable to do so, it's unlikely he has the maturity to contribute positively to the project. I'm not the one who removed that category someone else did it I just re added it. User:65.28.106.84 —Preceding undated comment added 21:02, 25 September 2015 (UTC)
- @65.28.106.84: Your edits were reverted because you were replacing curse words with repeated "#" symbols, which is against WP:NOTCENSORED. It had nothing to do with the category. RA0808 talkcontribs 21:04, 25 September 2015 (UTC)
- @RA0808: I didn't do that I really don't how it's happening, but it could be something on wikipedia's part. I guess for that reason I'm gonna consider making an account to avoid this problem.User:65.28.106.84 02:39, 28 September 2015 (UTC)
