Why I have been blocked?

I found this morning that I was blocked by admin J.delanoy. Why? He wrote "multiple accounts"...but I still don't understand which are these multiple accounts. How can I request a check up of my account? This "check up" will show that I have ONLY this account, using many libraries computers in the metropolitan area of Miami/Ft Lauderdale/Palm Beach where I live.-- Qyork (talk) 14:32, 9 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • I cannot contact J.delanoy, even as an IP from the library in south Florida I most use:
