October 2024 (Speedy deletion of Hurricane Kristy redirect)
[edit]I just want to point out; that if I’m not mistaken. You’re not supposed to remove speedy delete tags unless you are an administrator declining the nomination. I have reverted your removal. Hurricane Clyde 🌀my talk page! 19:59, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
- @Hurricane Clyde, You can dispute speedy delete tags, it would have to go to AfD to be deleted in that instance. Anyways, the redirect should exist, it is just wasting an administrators time. ✶Quxyz✶ 20:09, 25 October 2024 (UTC)

- Moot point now because someone accepted the draft submission. Hurricane Clyde 🌀my talk page! 21:23, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
- The lead of WP:CSD directly states that uninvolved editors can remove tags and all editors, including creators, can remove G8 tags. ✶Quxyz✶ 21:32, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
- Well then that’s an error on my part. I thought only closing admins were allowed. Hurricane Clyde 🌀my talk page! 23:31, 25 October 2024 (UTC)
- Well this was a G6 from my understanding. Hurricane Clyde 🌀my talk page! 23:33, 25 October 2024 (UTC)

- Tropical depressions are still tropical cyclones. They are considered "over" when they totally dissolve or become remnant lows. ✶Quxyz✶ 21:20, 17 November 2024 (UTC)
