This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 12:32, 26 May 2010 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for December 24
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Tram, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Argus (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Tilba, New South Wales, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Southern Star. Over-capitalization in refs
[edit]In articles like this one you're capitalizing "And" in the newspaper name. Can you try to avoid that so I'll have less fixing to do? Dicklyon (talk) 04:14, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
It would also be good if you could fix the all-caps headings to normal title case, e.g. not GOOD MONEY IN DAIRYING, but "Good Money in Dairying". And omit the period from the title field. Maybe you're using a tool that constructs things this way automatically, in which case we should work on fixing the tool, to reduce the amount of manual fixing needed. Dicklyon (talk) 04:17, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
- Your guess is correct. I am using the link Trove provides under Cite for Wikipedia. I hadn't really been looking at what pops out. I agree about ALL CAPS. Horrible. I will keep an eye on that. Thanks. Quincepaste (talk) 09:50, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
- Any chance the Trove developers would want to help make it better? Try to contact them? Dicklyon (talk) 16:35, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
