--Very nice work! HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 19:06, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

Thank you. :) Pyrrhus16 19:09, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

Your Sig

Regarding your response to Tony1 on the Say Say Say FAC, the WP:SIG guidelines do say: "A distracting, confusing, or otherwise unsuitable signature may adversely affect other users... Your signature should not... inconvenience or annoy other editors". The guidelines are not comprehensive, of course, and many other things beyond BIG and blinking can annoy or inconvenience other editors. Perhaps bolding the date, at least, is a bit much? Cheers --Jubilee♫clipman 12:44, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Can you...

do a copyedit on the MJ article, This Is It (Michael Jackson album)? It's currently been put on hold for one week and the reviewer requested the article have a copyedit, but I am not familiar with the process of finding a copyeditor or requesting a copyedit. I'd very much appreciate if you could do a copyedit on the article. Thanks, Crystal Clear x3 [talk] 13:14, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Yes, I'd be happy to take a look at it. Regards, Pyrrhus16 13:15, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Mystery Monkey of Tampa Bay

Sorry, misread one of the edit histories for the article. --Kitch (Talk : Contrib) 11:17, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

No problem. Pyrrhus16 11:19, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Earth as a potential TFA

Hey, there. I noticed that the 40th Earth Day will be on April 22. You may or may not want to put in a request for the Earth article to be displayed to mark the occasion; the choice is yours. I believe the article would get a total of 5 points; 1 for date relevance, 2 for being a vital article and another 2 for being promoted over two years ago. I've added a blurb above if you want to use it. Regards, Pyrrhus16 21:53, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

Since you have an interest in this, why don't you just take it forward? The page has been relatively stagnant for a few years and could use the fresh input a TFAR would bring. Thanks.—RJH (talk) 15:31, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
Thanks. I'll do that. :) Pyrrhus16 15:36, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
Good luck. :) —RJH (talk) 15:36, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Please weigh in your opinions: We Are the World (1985 and 2010 Remake)

Pyrrhus15, with your interest in the "We Are the World" family of songs and videos, I ask for your careful analysis and input in two places... Scroll down to Talk:We Are the World ("Which "related" songs and videos should be included in article for 1985 original") and Talk:We Are the World 25 for Haiti ("YouTube Version") to respond to discussions concerning the place of the non-celebrity YouTube collaboration in those two articles. (P.S. Versions of the user page of "Crystal Clear x3" say s/he is 14 years old.) RCraig09 (talk) 19:01, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

You did the right thing taking this to ANI. Keep being smart about it: don't revert, just let me deal with it. Letting it remain in the wrong version for a few days never hurt anybody.--Chaser (talk) 16:04, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Thank you. :) Pyrrhus16 16:09, 11 April 2010 (UTC)
FYI. Please respond as constructively as you can to any new posts on the article talk page. Thanks.--Chaser (talk) 16:23, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Why did you remove the link I readded a few minutes ago? I noticed the bot had removed it so I undid the bots action because the link doesn't violate any rules. Vinesr22 (talk) 21:45, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Because that version is a non-notable cover not mentioned in the article, and has never been released as a single. Pyrrhus16 21:49, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

Will you leave the link there if I change the title to "Non-Official Music Video?" —Preceding unsigned comment added by Vinesr22 (talkcontribs) 22:03, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

No, because there are dozens of people who have made unofficial music videos/covers for the song. Only the videos for the two notable versions should be linked. Pyrrhus16 22:07, 11 April 2010 (UTC)

K...after doing some checking the next generation video is an OFFICIAL release straight from Lionel Richie's publishing company. It is composed of over 30 celeb's and I believe its "notability" is definitely debatable. I appreciate your careful maintenance of this page but I do believe this video has a right to be posted alongside the other Haiti video. What do you say? Vinesr22 (talk) 01:10, 13 April 2010 (UTC)

I went and undid your deletion. Please read the above response and let me know what your thoughts are. Vinesr22 (talk) 21:57, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

No, we cannot link to every cover of the song: it is excessive linking to copyrighted material. The only ones that should be there are the two with the Wikipedia pages. Pyrrhus16 22:08, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

Might want to consider submitting one or both of these to TFAR; Raul has scheduled up to the 20th and both of these could replace one of the current submissions. Dabomb87 (talk) 21:20, 12 April 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I noticed that, though the instructions at TFAR state that you are only allowed to nominate one article at a time and I've already suggested Earth. Hmm, should I just nominate the England article anyway, as it is on behalf of another user? Pyrrhus16 21:35, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
You could ask the nominator to do it; and if he needs help guide him through the process. Dabomb87 (talk) 21:37, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
Ok, I'll do that. Pyrrhus16 21:39, 12 April 2010 (UTC)

Oh well, that was a waste of time! Never mind. It's a pretty vitriolic place, that TFAR. I doubt I shall be back there in a while. Thanks anyway. The Rambling Man (talk) 06:12, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

Yes, it can be quite dramatic there at times. No worries. Pyrrhus16 11:36, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

Can you do a copy-edit on Invincible (Michael Jackson album)?

Hey, sorry to bother you again but, can you do a copy edit on Invincible (Michael Jackson album)? I've corrected a majority of the article's problems the GA reviewer listed, but the only remaining problem is the article's prose, and seeing as though you did a good copy-edit on the This Is It album I thought you'd be the best editor to request a copy-edit from. Thanks, Crystal Clear x3 20:52, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

I'd be happy to. I'll give it a thorough look at tomorrow. Pyrrhus16 21:46, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

Speechless Cover

This is a real cover. I got it from Michael Jackson - Speechless" - Discogs. Check it yourself. P.S. Why do you erase my articles? Heaven Can Wait was a promotional radio single, and therefore notable. 2000 Watts was notable due to Jackson's low vocal range on it, and The Lost Children is notable for being completely written and arranged by Jackson. Leave a message on my talk page. OttomanJackson (talk) 23:54, 15 April 2010 (UTC)

OttomanJackson: Speechless Pictures

Look, Speechless was a promotional single with the images I put in are accurate. So Please stop revoming them. Please stop rederecting my articles, I work hard on them and I love MJ. Singles are noteworthy and Heaven Can Wait was a promotional radio single. If you don't belive with me, contact Epic Records, Sony, MJJ productions, or Michael Jackson's Estate!!! (Leave a reply on my talk page) OttomanJackson (talk) 21:49, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Dancing FAC

Hi there. I've been a little busy lately but I've not forgotten about this FAC. Parrot of Doom 21:49, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Ok, no worries. :) Pyrrhus16 21:51, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
Bad luck there, but its on my watchlist and I will continue to work on it if you like. Parrot of Doom 21:56, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, that would be great. It is at GAN just now and the elimination backlog drive is running, so it probably won't be too long before somebody picks it up a gives it a review. After that, I'll take it to either PR or back to FAC (once the 2 week post-archive period has passed), depending on how thorough the GA review is. Pyrrhus16 22:18, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
Sorry but I'm in the process of pulling this article apart, but the end result will be a much better piece. How about you delist from GAN for a few days so I can finish and post suggestions to the talkpage, and then list. I'd be happy to help, but you'll not get through FAC again unless the article is fundamentally restructured. Sorry, to be harsh, but I think this article deserves lots of work. Truthkeeper88 (talk) 00:13, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
Ok. I'll be able to deal with the article tomorrow, once I've had some sleep. Thanks, Pyrrhus16 00:48, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
I wouldn't rush on this. It has the potential to be a really really good article. Take your time with it. Truthkeeper88 (talk) 00:57, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
O.k. Understand. Hope that it makes it to Featured Article status next time. GamerPro64 (talk) 01:00, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
Thank you. Pyrrhus16 01:02, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

All of my articles...redirected again?

Why do you rederect all of the article I make> Theodosia Throckmorton and my MJ ones????? —Preceding unsigned comment added by OttomanJackson (talkcontribs) 22:09, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Redirect

Regarding this, AfC usually keeps those redirects around after an article has been moved to the mainspace. Hope it's not any trouble with you,  fetchcomms 23:28, 20 April 2010 (UTC)

Fair enough, it that's what they do. Thanks for informing me. Pyrrhus16 23:37, 20 April 2010 (UTC)

Why do you keep removing content in the Speechless article. It is not necessary oruseful and two users (Silver seren and me disagree with it, please state your reasons on the Speechless talk page. —Preceding undated comment added 01:41, 21 April 2010 (UTC).

Jason Voorhees

Sounds like a plan. I'll go ahead and put in the request.  BIGNOLE  (Contact me) 19:07, 26 April 2010 (UTC)

Question?

How can I create a .ogg archive? Thank You. TbhotchTalk C. 16:10, 27 April 2010 (UTC)

Oh, I get it, Thank you. TbhotchTalk C. 16:26, 27 April 2010 (UTC)

???

Can I recreate my Theodosia Throckmotron article as a redirect to Theodosia and the Serpents of Chaos. Can I do the same with Conquests (Civilization III scenarios as a Civilization III rederect. Where do I go for consensus to recreate my MJ song articles? OttomanJackson (talk) 21:21, 28 April 2010 (UTC)

OttomanJackson

Where do I go for consensus to recreate Heaven Can Wait {Michael Jackson song) OttomanJackson (talk) 13:18, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

If I'm not mistaken, consensus is already established not to recreate it. Of course, that can always change, but I really doubt it for this, it fails the notability guideline, which would need to be changed first, and that would be unlikely as well. ɔ ʃ 23:15, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

Since When????

Since when did you like the Beat-Less Beatles. P.S> YOu seem to find every edit I make OttomanJackson (talk) 01:55, 5 May 2010 (UTC)
