Apology
I apologize for my error in incorrectly deleting Jiwe's edit. I tried to work on Wikipedia while using my cellphone in a moving car and put my thumb in the wrong place on the touch screen. I decided to wait until I got home to my PC to try to fix the error rather than make new ones. Thank you for fixing it quickly. DocTree (ʞlɐʇ·ʇuoɔ) Join WER 19:07, 18 April 2014 (UTC)
DEFCON colors
Hi Pxos, I want to know that the defense readiness condition colors that level 1 (white) and level 2 (red) are incorrect, so DEFCON 1 is supposed to be red and DEFCON 2 supposed to be orange. --Allen (talk to me! / ctrb / E-mail me) 13:42, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
- That may very well be the case, but it should be backed up by a valid source. The images that have been uploaded on Commons are not good sources. But I won't contest this at all. I only wish that the images on Commons would stay the same and if they are in fact wrong, the new versions should be uploaded as separate images (correct images) and the old images should then be labeled otherwise. I only know that I have seen somewhere (at least 15–20 years ago) that the colors are 1 = white and 5 = blue. Please provide some sources. --Pxos (talk) 14:50, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
