Please do not describe people or things as "award-winnning". Pretty much everything has won an award from someone, even if it's just an award from some random blog. Describing something as "award-winning" does not really impart any encyclopedic information but serves primarily to promote the subject. For more information, please see our manual of style. If an award is actually notable, it can be described in prose and properly cited. The IMDb, as a user-generated website, is not a reliable source and not be used to cite this kind of information. It's no more authoritative than creating a fly-by-night blog somewhere and citing that. Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Times, and other newspapers and magazines are what we would consider authoritative on Wikipedia.
