Please read Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Capital_letters#All_caps_and_small_caps Avoid writing with all caps (all capital letters), including small caps (all caps at a reduced size), when they have only a stylistic function. Reduce them to title case, sentence case, or normal case, as appropriate.--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 13:40, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
The capitalisation of SCOUTS New Zealand is not "Only a stylistic function". The capitalisation emphasises the movements full organisation and to distiguish all other parts of its body from the 'Scout Section'. Thus, SCOUTS is an inclusive naming function, to include, or in reference to, all bodies as well as the 'Scout Section'. I reject that you removed all content that I placed as the majority of the work was on the "Modern Scouting" section - Adult Development Policy. You could have easily re-edited the content and waited for a response on the capitals. I'm new to Wikipedia - and if you can reverse your actions, I would appreciate that. Thank-you.PukekoNZ (talk) 21:15, 9 March 2018 (UTC)
